Welcoming a new research lawyer, Melania Cannon, to OnPoint
We are pleased to welcome a new research lawyer to OnPoint, Melania Cannon, B.A. (Hons.), M.A., J.D.
After completing her M.A. in History and her J.D. at UBC, Melania further developed her research and writing skills while serving as a clerk to the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Melania then completed her articles at Young, Anderson. She went on to practice at the firm as an associate where she was involved with a variety of litigation and research projects, including drafting submissions for the Court of Appeal of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Canada.
