We conduct in-depth interviews and place significant reliance upon references from well-respected lawyers with whom our candidates have worked extensively. We do not bring on board any lawyer whose credentials are anything less than outstanding.
Our litigators and solicitors represent a range of legal backgrounds and levels of experience. The erroneous assumption that contract lawyers are lawyers who are unable to secure full-time employment ignores a potential pool of exceptional legal talent. Contract lawyers chose contract work as an alternative to full-time traditional practice for a variety of reasons. Our lawyers include: retired lawyers wishing to continue to work on a limited basis, lawyers seeking flexible hours for personal or family reasons, and lawyers seeking more control over their work schedules.
